“When interacting with people, He keeps every transaction as a fresh transaction”. This was the appreciation given to my Engagement Manager by many colleagues.
That sounds easy right! But in reality we tend to carry the past experience (best as well as worst) when we interact with people in a group. Keeping every transaction as a fresh transaction will definitely helps in providing a positive environment in a Team or a Group! Also it creates avenues for new creative thoughts to open up among the crowd.
Try It! You will see the difference.

ha ha ha....!!!
ha .. you have an underlying assumption there, "Most of the feelings have for the team/team members are negative" or something like that. Say if all of them are positive then wouldn't it be better for the team to retain those feelings.
I would personally like to retain those feelings. Only few open up in the first meeting. If every meeting is going to be like the first one, man, lot of us will be in trouble.
Ps : Have you seen the movie 50 first dates ? (or is it 60 ?)

Well, your guess is kind of right :) - Finding a team with full (100%) of positive minded team member(s) is not that easy. Exceptions could be sports; At least one can witness 100% commitment in every team member towards common goal.
This one is from leader perspective and in corporate world context, how will I make my team to open up their mind and work towards a common goal more effectively and efficiently. Always if you have a team, there will a good performer, average performer and bad performer. If you want to increase a team’s effectiveness, then if not all, at least most of the team members need to be participative. Of Course there will be always some % of people who won’t open up their mind.
Fresh transaction at least helps in increasing the % of people who open up their mind.
If you take the meaning of “Fresh Transaction” literally, then sorry you got it wrong
I can see a connection between the phrase “People Quit Their Bosses & Not Their Jobs” and this blog content.
Paathungannov..
System Overloadla Transaction ABEND Ayida poguthu :-)
It is not a matter of being positive or negative, but of being fully present in order to perceive the reality of that moment without being biased by irrelevant external factors.
It is a skill that can be learned. Same as speaking in public, or preparing a solid PowerPoint deck or issue tree...
